THAI COOKING LESSONS

STARTING NEXT YEAR 2010

Adults and children have the opportunity to learn how to cook some of their favourite Thai dishes.

For children's Thai cooking lessons - please see 'Kids Parties' web page for details and photos.

Ruam Jai aims to promote the art of Thai cuisine. Whether you are an inexperienced cook, wish to broaden your existing culinary skills, or want to be able to create delicious Thai meals to wow family and friends, then join our head chef to learn how to cook authentic Thai dishes.

Our chef will demonstrate each dish and then you will cook your own dish. The chef is always on hand to assist. The chef will answer any questions you have. An apron, all ingredients, knives, pots and cooking utensils are provided. Drinking water will be made available throughout the day. Once you have cooked everything, you may then sit down, relax and enjoy your creations. Your meal will be accompanied with a glass of wine, chosen to complement your food.
